A committee has been designed that is focused specifically on you, the volunteer. Their commitment is assuring you a good volunteer experience. You will have access to someone at any time to assure that you are fully informed.  They will keep you in water and food.  They can set you up with directions or transportation. You never have to have a question about when to be there, where to go, what to wear, or what is your goal accomplishment for the task. 

Sounds like day-care..? 

Example: At the 4 day event in July, one venue is at the local racetrack.  If you volunteer at that event, you will want to know that one of those positions is on the side of a hill where the weather outside can be 80 degrees but the cold valley air makes it seem 40 - dress warm and you are asked to wear white log sleeve so track drivers can see you. Basically, it's information to assure you the best experience.
